Hi everyone, I had to leave car out of the garage last night, and it was due to go on the boat(live on the IOM) first thing in the morning to get a service at Automedon.

During the night it rained realy heaverly and it set the car alarm of. This went on for over a hour (i didn't hear it as i slept with my ear plugs in!

The first i new about it i got a call from the Police control room, there had been a complaint about the car alarm.

So i went to car by this time the alarm was just a constant beeb and all the indicators were on ( on not flashing). The car would not respond from either key fob.

So i had to leave it as it was and came to it in the morning and the battery had gone flat as a pancake.

I went to put on a new battery tonight and as soon as i conected the negative lead the beeb comes back, the indicators again stay on, the dash lights up (with ignition still of) and code 25 comes on led.

Car will not respond from either key fob again.

Any ideas please.

Cheers Paul

i had this. You need to get in using the method. Then dig out the ecu's and dry them out. There is one in each footwell and it could be that. They need resealing or the wireloom bending so the loom is the lowest point.

Coach wrote instructions somewhere!
