sore rs

just had a really long trip in the wedge and my rs is sore
my seat seems to have collapsed and the rear frame is digging in the bottom of my spine
has anyone taken one of these seats apart and re stuffed them ?
are there any more modern seats from somthing else that will fit in (black leather)
all comments regarding my rs problem welcome
