You got to be kidding -thats a slug compared to the Cerb. I think the 0-60 on that tugboat was around 5.7 to 60 and tops out around 155. Also its 1989 model -- so its probably lost a fair bit of what power it had.

It says auto in the description not manual (power sapper if ever there was one) , and my friend had one --350BHP doesnt go far in a heavy car like that -also 350 BHP when new is probably more like 275BHP now.

According to this site, the late 80's 'Vette had 240-245bhp ! There was a twin turbo option which offered 345bhp, or in 1990 the ZR1 had 375bhp.

I dunno, those vettes have got loads of torque so don't be too hasty.
No idea how much they weigh though (and can't be @rsed to look).

Whatever, unlikely to beat a cerb but you never know smile

No Chance have a look

heres the one shown in the add:
Engine
5.7L 240 hp V8 Std. Std.
Horsepower (@rpm) 240 240
Torque (@rpm) 335 335
Displacement (cc) 5735 5735
Bore X Stroke 4.00 X 3.48 4.00 X 3.48
Compression Ratio 9.5:1 9.5:1
4-Speed Automatic Overdrive: Opt. Opt.

no performance figures, but heres the hotter ZR1 with 375BHP and 345lb torque gave it a 4.9 second 0-60 sprint and a quarter- mile turned in 13.4 seconds. Top speed was nearly 180mph.
So even thats not quite up to the Cerb.

Consider that the car may have been registered as a 1989, but heres another extract that makes me think it was made earlier and registered in 89:
From 1984 through 1988, the Corvette used an unusual "4+3" transmission — a 4-speed manual coupled to an automatic overdrive on the top three gears. It was designed to help the Corvette meet U.S. fuel economy standards. The transmission was problematic and was eventually replaced by a much more modern ZF 6-speed manual gearbox in 1989.
If it is the electrical auto box I would stay well clear as they are a nightmare to get parts and fix, and no one wants them compared to the ZF box 6 speed
