If you don't mind struggling to erect that tent of a roof if weather goes pear-shaped whilst out on a drive. It's a two-person job - I know because I watched two or three guys struggle with it and it didn't look good either!

Depends what you want out of the car. Personally, I think that lopping the roof off makes the car a bit wobbly - you'll notice when your on a poor surface. Oh - and watch out for the dodgy helmets!
