Numberplate light lenses

As my bible is at home, any ideas where these are from, and how I can replace one? Despite best efforts, a cracked / broken lense is still leaking a little...

Sorry TD, without trying to be dense, but which lense is it? I'm looking on a Spitire site, and nothing ;ooks right... (or point me in the direction of the thread, becasue I can't seem to find it!)

Try to look up Triumph Stag Mk2 number plate lamp same w/site(not Mk1 their different)the ones fitted into the boot lid look very similar.
