I recently did a search on the form for splitters. I found a bunch of information with many different views. I also noticed that some builders have built their own splitter. I understand that is made from marine plywood. Would any one have the dimensions for the splitter? I am trying to decide if I want to buy it or make one myself.

Thanks

make it... very simple just trace the shape from the front clip and the move it forward 70mm extend it as far to the wheels as you can..... please please please make sure you secure it very well, both bond and bolt onto the front clip with load spreading washers. also it needs braces under the clip to take the load as well.

Yo Randy, I would also give it a coating of fiberglass resin before you paint it, keeps the weather out of the plywood edging and stops it from delaminating. and Satin or Matt black looks good, NOT gloss, oops left myself wide open for that one !!
