Hiya all! ive recently sold my tvr cerbera and purchased a 2000 model 2.7 s4, due to small person due!
Can anyone tell me which porsche front brake calipers are a direct replacement and what size disc!
Ive got h&r coilovers coming next week and am also interested in best place for a remap! South yorkshire preferably!
Oh just one more thing, i have recently had engine management light come on and stay on, so i plugged in and it says throttle control elec fault, so i have ordered new pedal from the dealers £34and vat, but bein an auto electrician myself i hav never had this problem before, and wondered if anyone else has had this before
Oh and i must say it is a lovely car to drive, and would recommend one

Hi Lee.

Yep - awesome car.

Mine was one of the best cars I've ever had, and when tuned the performance is awesome for the price.

Brake kit:

http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebuild_v2.cgi?html=info-B5S4B6A4-Braking-ECSStage4.html&make=Audi&model=B5%20S4&submodel=&engine=2.7T&category=Braking&subcategory=ECS%20Stage%204

Will cost about £1200 for the kit complete - and you get a choice of colours of caliper!

Make sure you have 18" or 19" wheels which will accomodate the set up.

The other choice is to call Phil Walker - 01437 563793 - at PWMotorsport - he will be able to sell you the RS4 B7 380mm discs and Audi Calipers for around £1000.

Tell him Andrew Dryburgh from Carlisle Audi told you to call him - he'll look after you on KW and H&R stuff also.

Have fun!

If you go for the ECS stage 3 setup you can stick with standard 17 inch wheels. I'd suggest you buy from a UK supplier though.

MRC is the best place for a remap IMO. www.mrctuning.com

If you want more info, have a look on www.rs246.com There is a forum dedicated to each Audi S & RS model. The B5 S4 forum contains 45000 posts smile

Enjoy the car.
