Green Laning around the Henley area

I'm thinking about getting a Green Laner for the winter months as I really don't use my sportsbike at all when the weather is crap. I've had a look on eBay and I reckon a DRZ400 is a good bet, anyone have any experience of these? Anything to look out for when buying? Are the engines pretty bullet proof?

Also, does anyone actually know of any green lanes where I can use it? From what I can gather the Ridgeway is now out of bounds in the winter months.

I'll get you and Chris (stig on PH) to the pub together next week. He had a DRZ400 and lives close-by.

Sounds good. Decided to keep the R1 and get an offroad toy in the end.
