The chanting was, to be honest, all I expoected from Serbian fans. 'Tis nothing new.
However, when Derbyshire scored (with the Serbian lad SITTING UP on the ground) I couldn't believe the reaction. FFS do we stop games for the slightest thing now?? Well played ref for deciding not to blow.
But where did he disappear to then!!? They hunted Derbyshire like pack animals. Well done EVERY England player involved for the restained response.

I accept that swearing is not very nice, but whatever he said it was off-the-cuff as he turned away, not some outrageous diatribe in the bloke's face..... and in the context of chasing someone 'round the pitch threatening violence, all!!

Did Tom deserve more punishment that ALL the Serbian team???

Makes me laugh the way FIFA and UEFA look at English Football Thugs (for that is what they are) when they have a bit of a ruck, yet other countries (Serbia and Spain in particular) have fans chanting 'monkey noises' at black players........

Yeah, I found it quite astonishing that no Serbia players were sent off during the ensuing mayhem! Disgraceful behaviour by their players.

Up until then, I thought the referee had done a pretty good job, though he just seemed to disappear when it all kicked off.

Still, through to the semis, which is good.
