frown

I was there, without going into too many details it was at a part of the circuit not accessible to the spectators, but from my camera position I could see what was happening and it really looked very very bad, probably the worst I've seen. The marshals and paramedics worked tirelessly and the ambulance left at high speed, its really sad when things like this happen. We all want an element of risk, but not at the expense of a life frown

Terrible news....The short circuits do have an element of risk too, particuarly with 20 guys all in close proximity....RIP...

He was in fine form too..

"The wet weather has once again kicked in at Mondello Park however it didn't stop Guy Sanders on the Gearlink Kawasaki topping the time sheets ahead of round six of the Maxxis British Supersport championship.

Sanders out paced all the usual front runners leaving Virgin Media Yamaha's Billy McConnell in second place. Jamie Robinson on the Margal/Bykerbabe Honda was third ahead of TT legend John McGuinness on the Padgetts Honda."
