Hey

I know I have posted much on here but I thought I'd let you all know about my new kit. The images i have posted up til now have been using a 350D with either kit lens or 70-200F4L. Hopefully the new kit will enable me to produce better quality images.

So here goes:

Canon 5D
24mm-105mm L
100mm-400mm L
100mm 2.8 Macro
50mm 2.8
Zigview R
Manfrotto 055ProB & 322 Grip Head
Manfrotto Pro Monopod & 486 Head
Sekonic L358 Flashmaster
and various bits of kit like UV filters, batteries, etc.

All this in one delivery ;o) The wife did say "Get what you want"!!!!

So, hopefully I'll be posting some better images than previous.

Sorry to bore you with my inane rattling

Cheers

Jules, you do know that my moving closer to the office is merely a subtle ploy to come and steal all of your new kit! evil

First of all congrats on the new kit, looks like you've got some fine bits and bobs there!

I think you meant 50mm F1.8 not 2.8

I've got a 5D with a 24-70 F2.8L and it produces stunning images, the 24-105 is supposed to be on par so i suspect you'll be far from disappointed.

One point though (nothing to do with photography)

No, honestly, there are no strings attached or bribes for jewellery, etc. She justs wants me to do well with my photography and to do that she said I needed the right kit.
