Traction Control
Discussion
Could be the diff not working properly, inside wheel trying to spin up on corners, hence the TC cuts in. If you've done several thousand miles, try getting the diff oil changed, the standard stuff they put in doesn't seem much good. Just had the oil changed in mine, makes a big difference.

Either you have a lead foot, or check the ABS module and abs sensors, 9 times out of 10 its those screwing up the TRC, if indeed it is a genuine error and not just your enthusiastic driving

I think it maybe related to the 17mpg average I'm getting at the moment. I've just had the Wortec exhaust fitted and I cannot help driving everywhere on full throttle! Seeing as the TC seems so crude and I'm used to riding a big bike in poor weather I was wondering if it's worth turning it off all together? I would be interested in the gadget that switches it off by default?
Got mine here

Look halfway down the page for:
GTO TCS Reverse Module
Tired of forgetting to turn off the TCS on your GTO at the track? This TCS reverse module plugs in on 04-06 GTO's. This plug and play design requires no cutting or splicing of wires - just one power wire needs to be ran to the fuse block. This unit can be uninstalled at any time to go back to TCS being active by default.
