VXR8 Performance ?

Can anybody give any information on the performance after the upgrades fitted, BHP figures, noise levels from exhaust, and what about the charger ?

mine is having the power pack done tomorrow at Picadors. Also Graham's dealer car is getting done as well.
Will have the "active" exhaust option too as its wortec bits.

I think the power pack gives a 20-25bhp increase. Graham may know more....

Come on then, give us the information some of us need, out of the three or four offical suppliers one of you should by now have some intresting news on the upgrades or is it that they don't work !!!!!!!!!. my VXR went of to the new owner last night, a bit sad but the 550bhp Cobra arrives Saturday AM. So looks like I am going to get wet.

Our demo is just off the ramp with the new Cat back.
I heard it go off up the road with the Wortec switchable on the loud setting. Sounded FFFFantastic.
I took it out for a spin, no drowne, in fact no appreciable increase in noise from the stanadrd exhaust on cruise, just the a bark from the back at high revs, it pops and bangs on the overrun and sounds more Italian under power. Very very pleased, I'm especially pleased with the Porsche turbo-like tail pipes.

my VXR8 got done at Picadors the same time today.
I've got the quieter setting but it is nice I must admit. Love the 911 (new models) style tail pipes too.

Just need to get the electronic switchable to noisy.....Let me know Graham!.

Its a pic of one of our demo's.

The pipe was designed to replicate the LED rear light design on the VXR8.

Well done Wortec, they look great, do you think that there will be any demand for other sounding exhaust notes, and are you planning other upgrades and if so give us a clue.
