My first proper published magazine shots

After having a photo published in evo but not credited or rewarded, I have just had my first proper set published.

It's for Shred, a small mountain bike magazine. Been out a couple of weeks but they have just released it in digital form

I wasn't actually expecting them to use a shot but if they did I was hoping they would credit me.

Did you take it up with them? And did they get you to sign a release when you went to the test?

Not too fussed really as I'm just chuffed that they used one really.

I know I should have taken it up with them but I figured I was on a hiding to nothing really and hence couldn't really be arsed.

I'd be onto them - "I'm going to sue you for millions for copyright breach unless you let me conduct the next Veyron/GT2/ ... review..."

i'd have been pissed off as hell if a mag had published my shots without asking, without payment and without credit lol
