Highlight for me this year, apart from spending most of saturday at arnage, awesome place, was upon arrival to speed chills noticing a field with long grass, and a walkway cut through it, we wondered up, drunken (in paper gimp suits fantastic cheap full body weather proofing), and there we were, trackside by the porsche curves! Sat there watching for about 10 minutes until we were moved on by marshalls, was freeking awesome thou, total highlight for me!

Had my 9 and 11 year old kids with me this year, on saturday went out cycling and blagged our way through the check point and ended up through the woods to Mulsanne Indianpolis and Michelin infield, no high fences, no crowds and free beer in a hospitality chalet !!! see my pics on the race section. I think the check point guys thought we were residents.

I found that walk way through the grass as well. Fantastic views from there, and no bloody fences biggrin
I did some hiding in the grass behind the marshals.

But then got found out by the French blokes in the blue jackets rage

Another good place was down by Indianapolis, during the day we got in no problem right next to the track in a small bit with no fencing where the photographers go.
In the evening I wanted to get some shots from the same place but we were told that we couldn’t even go near the corner.
So we walked back along the path and when we were out of eye line of the French coppers ducked into the forest and went SAS style through the trees and bramble round the back of a private campsite till we found a gap in a fence, that led into someone’s bbq laugh
Then got back down to the corner.

We thought about using the scooters last year to scope for some secret spots around Mulsanne or Indianapolis, but it seems you found a corker there, the noise must have been amazing?
