Canon Rebate

I have just had a stressed wife on the phone complaining that she has wasted loads of time on the canon website trying to reclaim the rebate for my 30D. Apparently the web page won't load up, or freezes half way through doing the form.

Does anyone know a better way (if, phone number) she can try today, before I have a go tonight?

When we got a rebate for our 30D, we had to send a form in with the barcode from the original packaging. Is it the form she's having trouble getting?
