Just had a new BMW X5 and the supplying BMW dealer sold me this Supergard paint sealer and protector. I have heard good things about it previously.
The dealer has just completed the third attempt at `treating` the car under the super vision of the Supergard agent. Its better than it was, but I`m not really impressed with it. I was led to believe that its super smooth, with the water `just beads up and rolls off`, never to polish again, guarunteed for 2 years.....Well after this third attempt its no better than the cheapest polish you can apply yourself in the `beading- water just rolls off` department and its not really that smooth to the touch either.
On my other car, I clay bar and use a Zymol wax and with these products I get super results.
The third attempt was under the super vision of the product agent, who telephoned me 75 minuets after I`d left the car to say all done....I thought this was a bit quick? BMW`s then phone me 5 hours later in the after noon to say, they`d just finished! Some things not right here.
Any clues?

Sounds like normal practice these days for BMW dealer prep! Which IIRC is subbed out to a large national company who only pay the valeters around £13 per car, so you can imagine the focus is on speedy prep rather than doing the job properly

The product per say isn't too bad, however if they only spent 75 mins doing it then they clearly haven't prep'd the car properly. Personally i would get a refund from them, and if you want supaguard applying get a (good) local valeter/detailer to do it for you.
