Exhaust cutout on a Superlight

Just been looking at Superlight pictures on cars for sale and noticed a few only have a cutout to fit the single bore exhaust and some have a larger cutout to take a 4 into 1. Has anyone modified the cutout in their car to take the larger set of pipes. Personally think it looks better so would want to change it if possible if I had a car with the single cutout. Would want it to be a tidy job though, not just a mess with buckled skin. Cant be that difficult surley with a template of some sort and a dremmel.

Any thoughts?
