Pictures from my 'ring weekend
Discussion
After spending god knows how long selecting and PPing my images I am fairly pleased with some of these, especially the panning shots as it was the first time I had tried this
The WW2 shots were taken from a festival in Roermond, Holland and the runway shots were taken at the old RAF base nearby.
Gentle C&C welcome

Not the best picture but very cool to see it driving round

Apologies for the sea-sickness
I'm new to the UWA so still having a play about, I like the effect it does at the moment, not sure how long that will last for tho!

It was one of those 'GOTCHA' moments, I knew straight away when I clicked that I got his expression spot on, I think he was wondering why I was grinning!
That is the best and worst things about photography, you can spend an age trying to find the picture and experimenting but it just doesn't work out, then on the other hand simply walking about snapping away you get your killer pic.
I've only had my camera 6 months but I'm getting there, one of these days I will go out and not to forget to change my ISO from 1600 on a sunny day, get out of AV mode for fast shooting and have the right lens at the right time!
