Looking at either 996TT or 360 and will be put through financing.
Understanding in a way they are differing cars, with differing abilities, I wondered what the best residual balloon anyone has been offered lately?
p.s Hoping the mid £40k's budget could potentially get me into one!!
Why not pay cash and forget the balloon?Alternatively stick it on your mortgage and pray for the asset bubble to continue to bail you outUnderstanding in a way they are differing cars, with differing abilities, I wondered what the best residual balloon anyone has been offered lately?

there are a number of 360's around in the 40/45 price braket but finding a good un is bloody tough
most are high (by fezzer standards) mileage and they show it in no greater area than in the quality and conditon of the interior/cabin
tt's on the other hand cope with mileage and life alot easier
as for residuals, the baloon you are offered will much depend upon the period of time you require the finance for. but as is always the case, if your credit record is good and you are not asking for anything out of the ordinary, then there are a number of companies out there ready to take your business.

yup, surprisingly so - trade offers are now in the mid 40's for them and i'd be searching far and wide, but could get my hands on one i'm assured.
cheap ferrari no good....good ferrari no cheap....the reason for the bid/offer spread on a 360 is that the dealer has an expectation to spend money on a clutch, brakes, cambelts, service etc. The bill for an 18,750 service and brakes and balljoints on my car was £3k. If you added belts and a clutch youd be up to £6k. Add any cosmetics and a profit and you need a £12k spread. This puts an early non red car that needs a bit of tlc at £45k but once bought you need to spend money on all this stuff. Do what I did and find a car that has all this done by the previous owner
