Advice on Griff shocks

Hello all. Can anyone advise?
I need to replace the shocks on my 1992 pre-cat 4 litre for it's MOT.
Does anyone know if the originals from a 1999 Griff 500 will fit my car; are mountings/ sizes etc the same? Would be very grateful for this info.

Should be fine, I ran 500 shocks and springs on mine for 30 000 miles no probs.
