Car park ANPR who is still being chased?

Looking at the long list of postings on this subject, can anyone who has not paid fines and been pursued to the bitter end i.e. court, please post a reply. As it seems to me these people just chase the people who will pay and leave anything that looks like hard work. I've not had a fine or notice from parking in a private car park but can see it coming. Has there been a test case in court yet?

Well a car that is registered to me was parked in a private pay and display car park just over 5 months ago. The driver failed to put sufficient money in the machine, and the car was ticketed, with a warning to pay £x or 1/2 £x if paid within 2 weeks. The driver has not paid.

I as registered keeper have heard nothing since.
