JVR,

Did much oil come out when you changed the sender?

Mine has only one wire going to it as well.

Done it,no hidden wire found but put a new one on and earthed it and now works.

I've just replaced my pressure sender with a two wire one but I'm not sure what the connections should be. I've got one side to the original wire and the other to earth, but I get either 99 or 0 on the dash depending which way round I have the 2 spades connected. Anyone know what I'm missing?

hi, i think the old ones were a single wire sender, with the new one you need to earth the other wire, most people earth it to the engine
