The smallest of problems

I was using the Chimaera's fag lighter to charge up the mobile the other day and when I pulled the lead for the mobile out, it brought half the lighter with it!

Anyone have any ideas about how to put it back in place? It looks to me like I need to take the door trim off and do it from underneath (ooer), but I don't even know how to do that. I can't see any screws, so I presume it just lifts off somehow.

PS - Advert time: The car is for sale and this is its only fault. Nice little runner, VGC, etc.

To get the door trim off you need to undo 3 or 4 (depending on the vintage of your car) nuts behind the panal. To gain access pull off the door speaker grill and remove the speaker.


p.s. you need a long thin left forearm and a double jointed elbow - good luck.
