You do need to remove the airboxes; Even then its a dose to get to a couple of them!

Expect skinned knuckles!

Make sure you have a plug socket that's narrow enough to fit in the head.

I had to 'turn down' a plug socket.

Changing plugs is a doddle, but as has been said the rears are a bit of a pig.

If you have Magnacor leads they can also be a s*d to get clipped on.

Good luck

ditto to all of that...it took me a good 3 hours and major back pain to sort it...new leads where like a bloody puzzle...you need a socket thin enough to get into the ridiculously tiny gap between engine block and plug...i found the perfect brand was 'MASTERGRIP' they make a plug socket that is thin enough. also cover your panels with a soft towel or blanket....i have a nice scratch from my jean's metal fly for my trouble.

Iridium are awesome...a few have tried it to great success, not cheap though.

No, I think there should be a Silicon seal at the airbox but I've never bothered to reseal mine as I was changing the plugs so often due to my oil consumption and fouling plug problems, it would be about 2in thick by now. biggrin

The seals on airbox are from local TVR dealer, they are spomge with sticky back.
