Hi
Just finnishing off the engine bay installation and not sure about a couple of thing's.
1:doe's the heater rubber pipe's go in front of or behind the ventilation flexi hose pipe under the bulkhead? They look neater tucked infront of and under the ventilation pipe however i'm concerned about rubbing against the block.
2: Is the plug at the bottom of the crossmember for anything,it comes off the same loom as the oil sender, appears to be have the same colours, slate(no trace colour) and purple (no trace colour) as the plug further along that plugs in another connecter off the block. Is it just a "TVR extention"?

Cheers for any input

1. I don't have the vent flexi on mine, so no idea there.

2. It's for the carbon can in the RH light pod area. You may not have one.

Hi,
can't answer 1 as I think the ventilation pipe that runs along the bulkhead is only on the earlier models. As for 2, I recall seeing that connector as pictured plugged into the loom in the vicinity of the oil sender on my 94 Griffith 500 (but connector and plug white in colour)it was cable tied up to a chassis rail - (and it was definately not the lambda sensor connector).

answer to 1:
The heater pipes do go in front and underneath there's still about 2" of clearance to the block, well on mine anyway

Yep that was part of the LR loom IIRC and unused and should be tucked up out of the way. I go with DNB Carbon Can connector...If you have one smile
