Forza2 - The madness of Auction Prices + car giveaway!!!!

Ok, heres the thing. I bought an unlocked car at auction and transfered the graphics to a different model as I didnt like the car they were on. In a fit of wondering I then listed one of these painted cars on the auction house with a silly buyout price (everyone else does, why not me?). Cue message over the main forzanet site from some crazy American who wanted the car and wanted to pay big money to make sure no one else got one. So I set the auctions for the number of cars he wanted (started at 2 ended at 5? Why?) with the buy out he wanted (Set very high to ensure I didnt make anymore and he had the exclusive) and waited.
Turned on the 360 this morning to check and sure enough he bought all 5 cars.... at 10million each!

So I am now sitting on a personal game bank account of just over 50million credits
Now it's pretty obvious that whoever this kid is he has used some sort of money Glitch, but at the end of the day, the price I set is the one he wanted to pay. Who am I to argue, its not like I'm gonna come over all coy and refuse to accept the money.
All this money doesnt make races an easy win as the AI is still the same and I am going to try and use it as sparingly as possible (taking cars that are even or only just higher than the PI of the other cars into races), but feeling a bit guilty at ripping some kid from his hard (stolen?) money I'm prepared to give back to those I play against......
So, I am giving away 5 cars to the first 5 to request them
Now the only stipulations on this are as follows....
1. You must already be in my list of friends, hence I will have already raced against you. Only fair I think? (and doesn't make me a "buying friends kind of guy"
)
2. The request is for a single car up to the value of 1million game credits (So it's technically a 5million giveaway). So no asking for 5 or 6 that total up to the value
.
3. I would prefer these cars to be factory spec, It will take forever to mod each request to fully tuned level just to get nearer to the money. but I might suprise a couple of you
4. I am level 39 in game so if the car is still locked to me and I cannot source one at auction within value I will ask that successful person to request an alternative (But most are open).
5. If (and I stress if) the car you request is an auction house car (ie. Fancy pants paint job) I will provide this only if I can win it/buy it out for the 1Million credits. Again, if no luck within value I will ask for an alternative.
6. I reserve the right to have the final say in any dispute over this. But it's pretty simple really.

Enjoyed racing against you guys last night. Very clean (well I say very...) and VERY evenly matched with me and Stig in the M3's. So as a thank you, the 3 of you will be getting a car anyway (outside of the 5 requests) so please reply below with what you want.
I will check back on this thread later and see if anyone bothers to take me up on this . I havent got my friends list commited the memory yet so wont be able to confirm until later who is getting what.

* The Auction House: If you put up a car with a livery/paintjob that violates Xbox Live terms of service (read up on those here), and you're spotted by a good citizen of the Forza 2 community who uses our new Abuse Submission Form to report your violation, it's an instant two-week ban from Xbox Live. If you're caught bidding a billion credits (why? because it's obvious you've cheated to get that money) on that oh-so-rare car with the cool new painting or caught laundering credits to other users, it's also a ban from Xbox Live. If we catch you doing this again (or if you're a repeat offender), I wouldn't be too surprised if your Xbox Live account goes up in smoke permanently. We've been dishing out long lists of bans and we're keeping a tally in our system on who the repeat offenders are.
* Cheating for Credits / Duping Cars: Unfortunately, there is an exploit that involves a third-party peripheral that allows you to essentially clone money and cars. This is highly prohibited for obvious reasons. The good thing is, we're cooking up something on the server-side to not only detect this, but to also log who is doing this and when the time comes, to issue permanent Xbox Live bans for everyone involved. There's also an auto-update coming down the line that will physically patch this exploit, but in the meantime, those who dupe should beware. Again, don't be surprised if you're suddenly not hanging out on Xbox Live very much. We're also looking at ways to protect the artists out there who create such awesome paintjobs. Car duping is distressing and we want to keep your creations unique. Please know that we are working on something to help protect that uniqueness. If you see or know of people actively duping credits or cars, please let us know.

Well the paint job was a Nintendo one not offensive in anyway, so no worries on my side there. And it was my own "re-hash" of an unlocked design I bought fair and square. The designs I sold were all locked and not in anyway a straight rip of the original (unlike the "Gears of War" & "Nancy" cars that are all over the auction house).From the Forza website:

As for him "laundering" credits to me... well he offered by forzanet private message to buy the paint job and he wanted exclusivity, I refused as I wanted to make some money and auction some cars so he made a silly offer.
I told him I would list 5 with a total buy out that met his offer but they would be open to bid (not beleiving he had the cash). So I listed the 5 identical cars for sale (as many paint designers do) and sure enough all 5 got bought at the maximum "buy out" by him. If Turn10 want to look at it I have the messages to prove it and its gonna be him (who had the money to waste) that gets looked at before me. I just used the auction house "buy out" feature as spec'd out. No exploits. And he aint getting the money back so hardly a successful laundering really.
As for the hardware exploits, you either need a second xbox (for credit duping) or you need a memory unit and special PC connector cable thingy (for car duping). I have none of those things and have only owned my 360 for 2 weeks.
Gifting cars to people in your friends list is fully allowed and accepted under the terms of use policy. In fact its a built in key feature of the online side of the game. Nowhere does it say these cars must be worth less than a certain value or how many you can gift a week etc.
From those rules I would say you are not doing anything wrong. From what I have read on other forums the main attention at the moment from MS/Turn 10 etc is people selling Forza credits for real money on ebay...and a few racist/offensive paint jobs have been banned.
