exhaust for 911 3.2 carrera

hello,
we have a 911 3.2 carrera from '88.
My question is:"what is the best exhaust for this type of 911?I would like it to sound nice!

You'll be wanting a full stainless steel Hayward and Scott system then ! They are custom builders of stainless exhaust systems based in Basildon in Essex (where else !). They're not cheap but will give you a useful Bhp boost and sound awesome - see if you can find the website (can't remember it off the top of my head I'm afraid)

Got to despute the power gain idea, as if you are talking silencer only changes, rather than heat exhangers also you will gain bugger all. Its odd in comparison to the gains posible on 964 & 993's but ive seen countless dyno plots of all types of exhausts on 3.2's and none have made any noticable gains.

Some do sound great tho

One of the guys who helps run the 3.2 Register of the PCGB is Simon Davidson. He has his own company that sells bits and bobs, one of which is stainless steel exhausts. His website is www.essentialstyling.com and he will be at Porsche in the Park at Castle Howard this weekend displaying his wares.

Better sell the 3.2 and get a turbo and spend quite a few quid on it like the stockholm boys did then

You wont get the same type of noise from ya 3.2 but it will still sound sweet.
