Was they all not 9J,

Im sure ppl have used them on the wedges ok, esp ok on the rears, but using 235 not 245.

The 9Js don't fit the 350i cars and can be marginal on the others irrespective of what tyre is used. The rears can rub both the tie rod and the edge of the fuel tank with quite disasterous results.

I had 9x16's on the back of my old (now L33's) 400SE running 245/45/16. It was very close to the tie rods and the tanks yes

thank god i have been out bid, i had got in touch with image wheels and they will sell a rim to make the wheels narrower for £100 + VAT, but the PCD on the ebay wheels is 108mm still think thats too small for any wedge, but would love to be proven wrong. anyway wheels are off for a bit, somebody ran into my other car , bugger.

Some weird bidding going on there..

Why would bidder no 5 increase the price from £300 to £400 in 5 bids when no one else bid confused

Think the way that happens is if bidder number 6 puts in a maximum bid of 439 or higher and then bidder number 5 sees he has been out bid keeps putting in slightly higher bids until he gives up without reaching number 6's maximum, then only the final price from number 6 shows up as he put it in first.

last few things ive bid for on ebay and lost have had strange bidding patterns
i think a friend of the seller bids to up the price and if no takers the seller just relists and blames timewaster?
