air flow mter

on having my car serviced the other day it was noticed that air flow mter won't adjust properly and is still running rich when it should be leaning off.
its going back in next week to have it looked at ( maybe cleaned /spring re/tensioned )if this does not work can anyone point me in the direction of a new /used or re/con one at right price.
car is 88. 3.2
