I am involved with the CLIC Sargent Dallara driven by Alex Waters. CLIC Sargent is the Childrens Cancer Charity supported by Eddie and Marie Jordan. Alex is hoping to raise over £1/2 million for CLIC Sargent.

Did anyone see the "Business Section" of the Sunday Times? I am told there is a picture in there of the CLIC Sargent Dallara.
Alex Waters hosts unique auction in aid of children's cancer charity
London: Alex Waters, the 20-year-old British Formula 3 racing driver from Bath, who helped raise £60,000 at a charity dinner and auction hosted by Eddie and Marie Jordan at the Windsor Racecourse on Monday 25 June (as reported in The Sunday Times' 'Prufrock' column last weekend), plans to top that this weekend at the star-studded La Dolce Vita -The Grand Prix Ball; the event being held to mark the start of the F1 racing season.
On Friday 6 July, Alex will be helping CLIC Sargent, the UK's leading children's cancer charity, raise even more money for the 10 children and young people diagnosed with cancer or leukemia every day in the UK, by auctioning 22 unique, signed caricatures of some of the leading F1 racers as drawn by their team mates. Commissioned by F1 Racing Magazine, the collection includes images of Lewis Hamilton as drawn by his McLaren team mate Fernando Alonso.
Matt Bishop, Editor of F1 Racing Magazine says: "These drawings are a totally unique, highly collectible lot, and to our knowledge, this is the first time that a full complement of World Championship F1 drivers have penned sketches of each other and made the originals available as a complete set for charity." Eddie Jordan, an active patron of CLIC Sargent who hosted the Windsor Race Night event, and who will host the La Dolce Vita Grand Prix Ball says: "Alex Waters is a super lad and a promising driver with a lot of potential and I'm delighted that he is combining his F3 racing career with charitable giving. I applaud each and every one of this year's F1 drivers who have leant their support. The auction lot is bound to get some serious attention, raising much needed funds for CLIC Sargent."
Alex began his racing career in karting and has steadily climbed through the ranks, having overcome the diagnosis of a malignant skin melanoma at the age of 17. He currently competes in British Formula 3 National Class, with his one aim and goal being ultimately to race in Formula 1. Alex is currently working with CLIC Sargent, pledging to donate half of all the money he raises via sponsorship to the children's cancer charity that supported him and his family whilst he was being treated for cancer.
