Hi all,

Not often I post on here, but as there is a lot more of you fellow GRP body car owners on here than peeps on the Noble forum, I was wondering if you had some recommendations for a bit of GRP repair to my Noble in/around Croydon/S London?

I've managed to hit a cone at about 100mph on a track day and it's taken a few small chunks and put a split in the front left part of the Noble front clam. It doesn't look too bad, and I can't see how it would need a whole new clam, so looking for a good person to do a repair on it.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Prolly the Austec bodyshop would be the best bet in that area I tink... but I don't speak from experience just from what I hear word of mouth - others may have better or more appropriate suggestions.

Austec sorted the front of my Chim when it went pheasant hunting. The repair looked good to me.

I've used kingscourt coachworks in Chessington twice now for the Chim and they've done a great job each time. They specialise in GRP work especially with TVR and Noble. http://www.kingscourtcoachworks.com/ as for John Foy the owner.
He will collect and deliver your car FOC as well.

Kingscourt look a good bet as they seem to be attached to Moley where it gets serviced.

Thanks for your help people!

I am about to use beegee coachcraft - http://www.beegeecoachcraft.co.uk/ - for some minor repairs to my Tuscan and they came well recommended on here. Used to do body work for Gatwick and Mole Valley if my memory serves me. Based in New Malden/off A3.

Call Gary at BeeGee. He's a very nice bloke and has made a good job of the front end of my Chim a couple of weeks ago.
