Need to set up at retail premises. Can obviously go with "our" bank, but seems lots of other choices out there....

Any reccomendations?

They are all a bunch of thieves in my experience.

I would like to know whether their contracts have been tested under the "fairness" legislation?

One thing you can be sure of - if anythng goes wrong, it will be you that pays for it. Laughably, even the so called "secure" code 10 transactions are anything but secure and are no guarantee of receiving payment.

Unfortunately most businesses would not survive with accepting cards - and the Banks know that.
