MOTOR RACING LEGEND SIR STIRLING MOSS GETS READY FORZA ULTIMATE CHALLENGE – RACING GAMERS ON XBOX LIVE
Veteran racer gets behind the wheel of Forza Motorsport 2 for a high speed 'Game with Fame'

LONDON, 27 June 2007 – It was today revealed that British motor racing legend Sir Stirling Moss will be taking on Xbox Live® players at their own game, in an exclusive Forza Motorsport™ 2 ‘Game with Fame’ event taking place tomorrow, Thursday 28 June.

The 77 year-old racing veteran who competed in 74 Formula One Grand Prix races throughout the 1950s and is considered by many as the greatest British racing driver of all time, will take on Xbox Live players at Microsoft’s super-realistic driving sim, Forza Motorsport 2 on Thursday June 28th in a connected gaming session. The event is just the latest in a series of ‘Game with Fame’ sessions which has seen top stars like the Scissor Sisters and Enter Shikari taking on fans on the latest next generation high definition games on the Xbox 360™.

Having started his career at the age of 17, Sir Stirling was quickly signed up by Mercedes-Benz to partner World Champion Fangio, and went on to win almost every important race there was in the 1950s. One of the original jet-setters, he still works to a hectic international schedule fulfilling engagements and still currently competes in a range of historic racing events.

Sir Stirling is looking forward to swapping his real car for the super-realistic ones in Forza Motorsport 2 in front of some of the six million plus Xbox Live® gamers worldwide.

The ‘Game with Fame’ will be taking place tomorrow, Thursday 28th June 2007 from 12.00 to 14.00 GMT. To take part simply email the following information* to stirling@gamewithfame.net

I'd be interested to see how Sterling does compared to a 'gamer'. Racing without feeling a car and its g-forces is an obstacle that took me a while to overcome, but if anyone can, Sterling can.
