Abandoned Maserati

I found an abandoned Maserati Merak today :-(

Very sad, it has just been left in a public carpark. Tax ran out in 2003 and it is covered in dust.

A maserati Merak (I can't be more specific as I was unaware there were derivations).

Looks the same as the one from Top Gear's £10k supercar challenge (but in blue).

Car doesn't appear to be damaged, just covered in dust.

Hope noone died or anything.

That is a fu***ng shame... but then wonder how on earth it survived ~4 years in a public carpark (let alone staying 4 years there) with "only dust" on its top

It could be SORN but then being on a public carpark, as you say, would make that a bit of a dodgy call, I guess.

Its not an open air public carpark. Its a covered jobby.

There has been no vandalism, but some people have written in the dust.

If anyone seriously wants to know its location to make enquiries with the garage owner let me know.
