Breakdown Cover with Alfa Care

My Alfa is a company car and i was talking with the fleet manager about taking the car to France. We know the car is covered from an Insurance point of view and we have Alfa Car for the break down, normally an AA man.

Does anyone know if the Alfa Care covers you for breakdown in Europe?
