I used to be a chef, but I was pretty shit Rich. You not buying a pub in Southwell are you??
By the way you didnt get flooded did you? We were very very close to being. The Fiesta was ruined but luckily I had put the nicer cars in a safer place.

Southwell was flooded sporadically, but it was more a case of drains not being able to cope, than river banks bursting. Our next door neighbours had some ground floor flooding, but we are a little bit higher up than they are, so they took the brunt of the flooding.


I'm not looking to take over a pub! I'm looking for a serious of recipes. I'll PM you privately about it...

YHM I use to be a chef started as a commis, then Chef de Partie and finally sous chef.
