Hi all,

I think the front of the T350 is so smooth, only spoilt in my opinion by the standard number plates, I know that smaller sizes improves the look but was wondering what the old fashioned stick on type would look like.

Anyone fitted them or the a smaller then normal size standard plates.

Lets see some photo's

MrMop, pick of my standard size stick on plate from my profile below. This was from fancyplates.com. I would not recommend it, the sticker material is very thick and would not stick down without cutting slits in the bottom edge. I have also heard similar about stick on plates from Craig's plates, so on the lookout for recommendations.

Hi Mrmop

i used some smaller style stick on plates for my T350, looked very good and the material went on fine, only problem i had was i had to buy 2 cos the 1st one went on a bit wonky. Price was about £20 i think.

I've been thinking about doing this as well on my Tamora. Such a big number plate blocking the air flow to the engine. Does anyone have pictures of a Tamora with a stick on plate. Was thinking I could put it above the TVR badge?

Maxx-Waxx, that's a nice looking plate and obviously being smaller there's less curve to follow. Just wonder if the smaller plate would cause trouble at MoT, obviously you never got to find out.

Fitted stick-on standard size one from fancyplates last week, no creases but had to roll it out slowly from centre & smooth it out carefully.

It may have helped that I cut down the outside 1/2", down to the coloured 'border' I'd ordered, so less material to wrap around the curvy front. smile

Thanks Paul and Paul, two options I had not thought of. Mine was from fancyplates, but no border so would have been fun cutting down. Fitted mine in under floodlight (bit impatient!) so might also explain the ridges I got.

Nice colour T350 BTW!
