Largely all I believe, it's for "communication upgrades" some how they managed to install the signs etc. all the way from london out without needing to about like that, but OH NO, get near reading and you need to bugger the traffic some more!

'Communication Upgrades' whatever that is. Coming to an end now. The cones and limits are still in place but the SPECS cameras are now gone.

comms upgrades have been done this time it appears to be for installing the platforms for the new signs and i expect they will have to put all the specs back soon so they can put the buggers up
