Azure Blue

Hi, could anyone with an Azure blue Tiv let me know what the paint code is? HPI says my car has been two colours, the previous owner felt that it had been resprayed back to he original colour and the owner before that had only know the car in her present colour (both pistonheaders), just wanted to see if that is the case. Also am I right in thinking Azure Blue is a ford colour?

Yes Azure blue is a ford colour introduced for the escort cabriolet.

chips away have the code, the base colour is red as I recall

Well I had a touch up made at Halfords yesterday, had ot admitt it looked way too dark in the bottle but on trying it on the car, it is spot on so I guess she is Ford Azure Blue, nice colour too.
