Nuvi660 fm/mp3

my wife tried to download music on to the 660 yesterday with no success. she tried directley from the pc and then on to a sd card.the downloads are on the pc and the sd card. we just cant get the 660 to recieve from the pc or play the card.all help welcome

Are you sure they are MP3 files and not Microsoft? I ask as I thought I copied MP3s but in fact they were the other type which wonlt play - and no warning is displayed.

Other thing is are you in the right screen - sometimes when you go to play music you end up in the talking book directory. I think the selection is "Source" or similar on the bottom of the screen.
