New cameras on the A406?

Does anyone know what they're for? It's three small cameras mounted on a tall pole between Barking and Ilford on the westbound side.

Are they ANPR?

Colour - blue/green - usually traffic monitoring .

They're yellow and there's three small ones in a row pointing at each lane. Not average speed cameras.

How do you know they're not average speed cameras? I'm guessing because there's only 1 set but thought I'd ask anyway because there some new-ish yellow cameras on the M25 that fit this description and I just thought that they were SPECS.

They don't look like the usual sort of average apeed cameras, plus there are no signs to tell you that ASCs are in force, which they would have to I would have thought.

The A406 North circ seems to have more speed cameras than any other road I have driven on. There was even a TFL speed camera van parked on the overbridge by the ace cafe last week.
