shout roll up! roll up!

It's that time of the month again... the second Sunday of the month, which means it's time for the Mid Essex TVRCC meet… so Sunday 8th July means, as always, it's convoy time. driving

Most will know the drill by now, but for those that don't we'll be meeting at the White Hart as usual from about 11:00 for the main convoy leaving at 12:00, and if you're on the Southend meet, at the bays on Thorpe Bay front for 10.15 to 10.30 leaving at 10.45 for the TB pre meet convoy.

confused How do I get to the White Hart..?

1) Take the A12 towards Colchester,
2) Turn off at J19 (Boreham) – keep in the left-hand lane,
3) Take the 2nd exit,
4) Follow the road, it turns to a 40mph,

The White Hart is on your left a few hundred yards further on.
If you get to the roundabout, you have gone too far..!

Or just look up the address at http://www.multimap.com - White Hart, Colchester Rd, Springfield, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 5PG

SOUTHEND PRE MEETING POINT is the parking bays on the front by Thorpe Bay yacht park, in between where Thorpe Hall Avenue and Maplin Way meet the front. 10.15 to 10.30 leaving 10.45

Any questions, just email me or post them up.

Likewise, stick up a post if you are joining us (especially the Southend one so we don't leave without you when you're late - Del). Any new owners down southend way are welcome to join us - email me if you're still not sure of the meet point.

I’m dedicating this convoy to all the smokers.

See yer Sunday.

There is a slim chance I may be able to tag along for the 1st time, dependant on blood alcahol level.

Which White Hart is it? Maybe I am being daft, but does the second exit on Boreham turn off not go straight back up the A12 to Colchester?confused

From London direction -> Boreham Interchange: 1st exit is a small service road to the Post Office sorting office, then road to White Hart (Sainsbury's opposite). The next exit goes to the Civic Ameneties (Tip) and Car Auction, the next goes to McD's and the BP garage - THEN the next goes in A12 (Colchester) direction (but not necessarily wink)

Does it look like rain again?

OK, a few beers, a good night's sleep and suddenly it all makes sense to me.

What is the normal turn of events? Do I need fancy dress or wear women's clothing?

Had already sort of assumed that. You can be excused. By the way, I found that silkaflex and you're right, best before June 2006.
