losing a few dB

Looks like I need to lose a few dB from my duratec engined Caterham... for track days and the like.

what are my options? I have seen plenty of TVRs with add on silencers... are they any good for a 7? If so, where do I get one?

I have seen also the raceco back box etc, but was looking for a quicker fix if poss.

Having similar problem with R500. Asked a similar question a few days ago and the unanimous responce was to buy a new Raceco can. This should keep the hp up and the noise down. Supertrap will help with the noise but it will drop the power down.

about to get the can re-stuffed with fluff to see if that helps...
