Is someone continuously pulling the network cable on the server and plugging it back in again? The number of times I have to refresh before it loads a thread...

Ive had that a bit too, assumed it was my end.

Suspect someone is busy mashing load balancers back in to shape. As they're suffering from sticky connections.
They aren't WebSphere based ones are they???
