Neville, I have had a Jalpa for 3 years and it has proved to be reliable and costs about £1500/year to run and that includes new tyres etc(that's done it ). The only downside is that parts can take a very long time to be sourced or alternatives sought (throttle cable snapped-none available but sourced one from a Ford !! to get back in business).

The owners club have been extremely helpful on these issues and the car is great fun to drive.

ED!!!!!!!!!

howyadoin mate?

how's Clare?

how's the car running so far this year?

(note to other 'viewers' - Ed's Jalpa is, without a shadow of a shadow of a... one of the best Jalpa's in the great land of Uk...)

also, whilst you've done Part 1 of getting on the LCUK forum, when are going to do Part 2??
