Dealer Service/Warrenty work

Other than to the reputable and well known dealers present on this forum does anyone take their VXRs to be serviced at anyother dealership.

As I live in the North East I am going to struggle to travel all the way south to get a simple service.

Does anyone go to their dealer to get serviced?

What prices do people pay?

Also if you have modifications such as the Wortec exhaust system do they recognise it and are fine?

Finally when it comes to warrenty work is your dealer fine in carrying the repairs out?

Its looking like I will be using the Darlington branch as they seem to be my nearest Monaro prepared dealer. Any comments from anyone with experience of that dealer are welcome....

I've used the Boro dealer before. They did a service and an airbag light reset on mine no problem. They let themselves down a bit over the earth spring recall though. I used Monkfish for the last service and had the supercharged demo as the courtesy car. Nice.

if it's not too far Motorbodies in Luton (kimpton road) are excellent.

Yeah I too have heard mixed reports from the Boro dealers some definitely didn't inspire me with confidence.

I hope the Darlington branch live up to their reputation, which from what I have heard is pretty good.
