He might have had another £2k spent on it, and he's trying to recover but it's not listed.

.. presumably someone who bought a cheap tuscan and is now selling it for it's true market value? There's no law to say that if you happened across a bargain you have to let the next person have a bargain aswell.

Sheesh, some people have so little in their lives ..

Once I've finished cleaning up the Tuscan and having it painted I'd be asking more than I paid as well if I came to sell it, nothing wrong with making a few quid must be quite daring to try it with a TVR though.

I bet that makes parting with the car even more annoying, that it didnt go to a good home frown

Out of interest how did you knacker the seats in only 27k miles? wink

when i bought te car the seats looked spot on. only after repeated sitting on them did i notice that they mustve previously been sprayed and constant use made it 'peel' off. To be honest i predicted this when i bought the car but the look and noise of it swayed me. Id probably still have the car though if it wasnt for the crap service from the nearest dealer i used that spoiled owning it. A routine service took 12weeks and to be honest it was never the same wen i had it back. I could write a whole page of s##t to be honest but i wont. Im sure people near the middlewich area will have their own runnings in with this cowboy!!!

Hey this guy paid you a price that you accepted and then he sold it on at a profit at a price the new owner was happy to pay. What's the problem here - is it just sour grapes, or what?

If it was a house and not a car would you still be calling him a cowboy?

Agree with Joolz, i have been doing this for 15 years buying and selling, sometimes i run them for a month or so, or i just clean them up and about turn them, the profit over the year pays for the up keep of my Tiv and pays for a couple of holidays a year, i really can`t see the problemrolleyes

Kind of takes the piss when all the bills hes claiming that he paid were the ones i paid for prior to the sale so that i could get it in good working order for him before i sold it. Typical tuscan soon as he agreed to buy it thngs went wrong so i agreed to get them done at my expense including £400 for a new alternator plus more.

Can't see your problem really....

His advert clearly said:-

Over the past yearbefore my ownership the car has had the following:

New alternator and battery
New Gaz suspension (inc geometry set-up)
New front discs and pads
New battery, alternator, starter motor
New lambda sensors
Door & window sensors cleaned/replaced
many more..............
