***** Essex Meet Thursday 19th July *****

In conjunction with the Essex Subaru Club the monthly meet will take place at The Lodge, South Woodham Ferrers. There was a very healthy turnout at the June Meeting.

I personally can't get along until around 8pm but most manage to get there earlier.

My money is on it being the first non sub-zero evening that the event has been held on this year. It's all suprisingly friendly and inter-marque punch ups have yet to surface

Last month just happened to be having a bit of grub with the family at the lodge, see a few scooby's and porkers turn up, thought to myself there must be a meeting here, low and behold the familar sound of a tvr v8 came up the drive,sure enough it was a griff, spoke to the guy(davetherave) he told me about the meet,lots of lovely cars there chaps (and chapesses), hope to be there in the chimaera this month, a bit of a newbie but it will be nice to mingle with like minded people.

Sorry I couldn't stay longer.Can't make this month as some unlucky friend is getting married on the Friday and I have to attend a rehersal! Who has a wedding resersal these days?

I'll be there - I thoroughly enjoyed the last one and it was great to see such a wide variety of cars. I'm fairly new to the PH scene but it's rapidly growing on me.

2 days to go guys. Should be another good meet. I'll have my judging forms ready. No special requirements to enter, just a bit of fun. Please come and say hello if I don't get to you first. You'll know who I am because my club shirt has my name on the back. If I don't offer you a club newsletter because I forget, please ask for one.
