lost roof!!!

Oh dear a bad night . Just got in having lost my roof down the bypass, spent the last hour in the dark looking for it ok so i was "Enjoying" a clear road late at night when it went. will have to go back to look again tomorrow or has anyone got a roof panel preferably in blue as its a bit wet here without it!!!

Got a spare one in black. Two of the lugs are a bit dodgy but it's fixable

i've got a spare one but not trimmed out, just bare fibre glass, good condition. was going to put union flag on it but changed my mind (well girlfreind did).
in north west, haslingden just north of bury. not sure what value to put on it, let me know if your intrested.

thanks for the replys folks, well the good news is in daylight early this morning I found it in a field it had cleard a 12 foot hedge! its remarcably undamaged but two of the lugs have lost their plastic, any ideas how they can be fixed im goin at snail pace now in case it happens again: if I leave it down ill soon be able to have a bath!!!

I've heard of some people drilling out the tabs and epoxying in aluminium bar of the same dimensions, should be stronger too.

You'll need to find a metal merchants nearby for the ally.

I had to graft in a new tab because the previous one had broken off. I cut what remained of the old tab away by plunging a router into the targa top. I made a new one out of steel and screwed it into the cut out left by the old one. I packed it with bits of paper until it lined up perfectly with the slot in the top of the windscreen and then fibreglassed it in place.

I'll be at BBWF if you want to look at the repair
